National Diplomas

AIS/B is also accredited to award both the U.S. High School Diploma and the Bolivian Diploma. Although the official language of instruction at AIS/B is English, those courses required for the Bolivian Diploma are taught in Spanish.

The AIS/B high school program includes English, Spanish, either French, Quechua or Mandarin as a third language, History and Social Studies, Math, Sciences, Art, Psychology, Philosophy, Bolivian Civics, Music, and Physical Education. High School students take an average of 12 courses per school year in order to fullfil the American and Bolivian Diploma requirements. AIS/B requires a minimum of 30 units of credit for the U.S. High School Diploma.
